Little Sister, Filling My Shoes
My sister struggles with her weight. Month to month it can fluxuate 5-10lbs.
She was dressing in my room yesterday, and when she took off her shirt, i could see her rib cage all the way back to her spine.
She thinks I didnt notice..
Since then I’ve been watching her, and she barely touches her food and drinks a ton of water.
I’m sad and disgusted. I struggled with bulemia for years. Now watching my sister hate herself like i did… makes me wanna cry.
I don’t know what to do, she watched my go into highschool at 90lbs at 5’4, no breasts, no self-esteem, and bones protruding everywhere.
I hope she doesnt get to the point I did.
HELP!!!
